Need a simple windows application that can duplicate each line item in a .txt file by x times...or can duplicate "all lines" which makes a copy of all the lines X the number of specified duplicates.
Steps:
1. Open txt file
2. Input # of duplicates and check "per line" or "all lines"
3. Process
4. Save file
I have included a before and after .txt using "10X" as my number of duplicates "per line" and an example using "all lines"
