Code fixing

I have code for a program. - The front-end i.e. GUI created in VB is responsible for fetching location data from the server. - The location data is served by an ASP script on the server.* - The VB front-end then creates an input file for the calculator code, written in C++. - The calculator outputs the result in an output file. - The VB front-end, updates this on the server. The program sends a message to an address in a database. The messages are sent on the time calculated by the program based on the database info. The message also contains the delivery time calculated for the message. I can elaborate. But for the most part this code is written and documented. I need it fixed to get the right times to be calculated for the message to be sent. This should be just tweaking the existing code. There are two parts. one part that sits on the server and the other part that sits on a local machine to get all this done. Calculation is done on the location maching by fetching the necessary data from the server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C++, VB
