C++ to Create wrapper for exe to run before regular code

I need a wrapper program that will modify a .exe and add run a security program before the regular exe starts.? This? program allows the? user to? select which security features they want to add to the exe, then select an exe file they want to protect, and add this new code to? it as a wrapper. I have a detailed description available which explains all options available on each screen for the final coder but here is the summary with the features: The program has 4 tabs, each tab has different security options: * CD-Version tab shows options for CD copy protection which will check for a file of a specific size and check for an unreadable file. * Validation Code tab ??" activates software using time limited activation code(numbers). End user is prompted to enter an activation code, code is decrypted using simple xor encryption and checked to see if it has expired by comparing the current time to the encrypted time in the code. This also requires a stand alone keycode generator to re-generate activation codes so you would create another program that makes activation codes. * Download Version tab has options for? cookie validation, it looks for a cookie file which was set by the website where the end user downloaded, then looks at the contents of that cookie, and validates based on the cookie date and content. * Pirate Version tab generates false error messages and other options on selected runs of the software, there are about 10 options or error messages such as showing fake errors. All simple stuff involving pop up messages, running other programs? etc. An example of one tab is in the box below. I have almost every detail worked out. Obviously this program would have to generate code that requires no installation? and no external DLLs since it is adding a wrapper to an existing exe. Please let me know if you have experience in this type of software or are at least familiar with wrapper software. Also let me know what language you would use. Thanks
