Customize the Web Browser control in VB6

This module will be attached to a bigger VB6 application (currently under development). The application uses a Web Browser control to display certain web pages within the application. The user should be able to customize the browser control such that the settings are applicable **"ONLY"** to the browser within the application. These settings **"SHOULD NOT"** affect the behaviour of Internet Explorer (or default browser) on the users PC. Some of the customization features needed are: #1 Enable/Disable use a separate proxy. #2 Enable/Disable images/sounds/videos on the web pages. #3 Enable/Disable popups. #4 Enable/Disable security features like ActiveX controls and Flash animations. #5 Should be able to erase the typed URLs, browser history and temperory files accessed **"ONLY"** by the application. There could be a couple of points added to this list later on. Only bids which have a working demo (EXE) attached will be considered. The EXE must have an interface to enable/disable these features. So that we can check to see that it meets our requirement and that it does not affect the settings of the PCs Internet Explorer (or default browser). We are open to any suggestions or any better approach. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB6 source code. Should work on all versions of Windows.
