we are looking a professional website designer with wide knowledge of design, programming and ongoing support. The website we already have is a holiday letting website that hasn't been up to what we need and previous designer took some much time to build and than solve the problems. Due to past experience we will certainly not pay anything up front and if there are delays (unreasonable) with the project we will look elsewhere. Require works Company website First required site is a simple site that represents the company. We are a company that owns and operates hotels, outdoor agency, online holiday lettings website and construction. We mainly need a page that can be managed via mcr panel. we require a site that looks slick, designed to represent our company and [login to view URL] site will have pages that where we can update and inform our group works but mainly focusing on construction Second website We require our current holiday letting site to be re-designed and functionally in fully working order. There are several sites out there such as holiday [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] etc... Our current site is similar to that but what we require is multi language mcr panel that languages can be added, affiliate codes that we upload works, other partners products that can be uploaded via xml and user panel easiness of usage. Site must be easy to use and also homeowners can upload their properties for advertising with different advertising options. we will give more information about the site and requirements but this is not just a simple real estate website that people put their properties and see if it works. both sites must be SEO friendly and we simply need to have all sections that we can enter all seo codes, social media, google etc.. html's when required. if you don't have an proven track record please do not bid. if you are a sole it personal and will hand out the programming or designing side of the business someone else please do not bid as we wish to work with one company that deals with everything. You must have previous works and from completed works you must have good feedback. PLease do not bid if you don't have a feedback and work complication level. This is not the first time we are using freelancer but we registered once again to eliminate previous sites that was completed by some freelancers in this site.
