I have a program in C++ which works perfectly when displaying english, but with other character sets it mangles it up, usuallly putting a à character first then the second one of the double byte next. I am figuring that wanting to render other chracter sets is something that has been many 1000's of times in the past. So I would like to hire someone to do such work for me? Does anyone have such experience of doing that? This is a GUI project, not a command line/console one. I require to display/render the other character sets on windows forms.
