We Have a Hosted VPS we were looking for someone who can setup the forms and workflows to meet our automation needs for the program. We are open to other options if vtiger is not the correct path for our needs but the already included features seems to tick a lot of the boxes we needed. We are a small property management company and are hoping to use the workflow and automation features to assign tasks and forms to be filled out by staff and if then statements setup so only once they are completed the next part is flagged active and assigned to the relevant staff and so on and so forth. These automations will be initially started when a new contact has been added or contact type is changed. I have this already broken down into sections as we have tried to do this with an authorized vtiger partner but there communications and turn around on response was unreasonably long (almost 2 weeks on one occasion).
