Additions for Drupal Website

We are looking to add a new section to our website that will have a different theme as well as the ability to sign up and download secure content such as whitepapers, webinars and other online documents. We would like the site to integrate into one of the online marketing sites such as iContact, Constant Contact or the like. We have the new design, we just need the design translated into a drupal theme. Once that is complete we need to secure the online content and have a mechanism to capture peoples names and contact information before they can download the content and upload that information into iContact. This could lead to additional services in the future.
