CSS Master Needed | Quick Work

I have a site ready to go live, but, it needs some CSS touchup. I have the requirements laid out and need a true CSS MASTER to go through my requirements and make the changes necessary. Interested bidders please PM for web address. 1. You will make the necessary changes to my CSS file to ensure it loads quickly. Reducing the file size by removing duplicate mentions or items not being used. This was a theme and of course there is all kinds of junk in the css file that can and should be deleted. 2. You will optimize the CSS file to handle the mobile portion of the site. Some items for one major page, like header image to be removed from mobile view, links moved to top corner need to be addressed. 3. The winning bidder will receive a copy of the necessary files to operate the site ([login to view URL], css file, js files and 1 other page file. Winning bidder will not have access to my FTP. So be prepared to work off of your own server to complete the project. 4. Send me the link to test and once I give the ok - send me the files and we'll complete the project. 5. Fix the contact form, make it look better and make sure it works. A very simple form, name, email, subject, message. Nothing fancy - just has to work and look good on desktop and mobile. 6. I want this job completed within 4 hours of acceptance. Most css issues are simple to fix I hope you have read this far.
