I am looking for someone to develop a custom DNS plugin that will allow records to be synced to a third party DNS cluster.
It will be similar to the following;

All code MUST be unique, and contractor agrees coding will not be used in any other projects.
Coding must be done in PHP. Please also include the preferred DNS service to be used on the cluster (PowerDNS, Bind, MyDNS, etc.)
Project must be scalable and have the possibility to support literally millions of DNS zones.
Upon completing the project successfully, additional work will be assigned.
