This project is to create a web based form, in ASP.NET that will be hosted on our internal web servers and be available for users behind our firewall only (intranet based). The form is a simple territory change request form that will be used by our sales staff to request various changes to sales territories. The website will display the form when requested by the user (by the user navigating to the URL) and allow the user to select from one of a hundred or so territory names from a drop down list box (which need to be dynamically populated based on a call to a database table). Once a territory has been selected, the user indicates by a combination of textual description and a checkboxes/radio buttons what action to perform on the selected territory. Once the user has entered in the requested changes, they will hit submit and then the data entered on the form will be saved in a SQL Server 2000 database table.
