Call cEnter needed

I am seeking an overseas call center that can utilize voice over ip from their country to this call the 800 number in the United States listed below. I want you to call them 175 x's a day and answer their questions - which are the same for each call. This is a mortgage information request line. You will have females and males call this number and refer to the sample excel spreadsheet for the answers to their questions. I have data that contains male and female names. I need you to call this number ??" refer to the spreadsheet and note what they are asking as it is the same each time. Specifically the questions are scripted and they ask the same ones each time. YOur operators will be pretending to be different people each time and refering to the excel spread sheet for their "NEW IDENTITY" each time. I have been having a hard time to get anyone to bid on this project - think in REVERSE - if you are a call center you normally recieve calls - in this case you are PLACING the calls.
