A Microsoft Excel file with (almost) 1400 rows and 5 columns of data will be provided once a bid is accepted.
All data has to be entered row per row into a web form with 5 fields. Almost everything can be done simply by copy-pasting. After submitting one record, you have to click a certain link to go to a new, clear form again, and so on. A few fields are empty and can simply be skipped.
The list contains a small percentage of duplicates and you will get an error message upon submitting them. I will provide clear and simple instructions on what to do in this case (skip current record or add a number in one of the fields).
One specific form field (one for URLs) has a maximum number of allowed characters, whereas a approximately 35% of the data exceeds this. You will have to edit these URLs so that they fit in (eg. strip "[login to view URL]" down to "[login to view URL]").
All data should be processed confidentially and solely for this task, and is only to be stored on your system during the project.
Bidding is for complete entry of all 1400 records.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone for bidding. We're about to review all bids, but since we've received over 100 of them it could take some time before we make our final choice. Our estimation is to make the pick by Wednesday.
If you're not selected this time, please don't be put off to bid again on one of our future projects.
