I need a relatively simple Access business application.
Point is: I have 2 Databases. One is a .dbf-file from a wholesaler of me (consists of only one table). The 2nd one is the MySQL Database from my OScommerce shop.
I have full access to the MySQL Database by ODBC, so everything can be done within Access!
What needs to be done:
1) I want to have a form, where i can easily filter products from my wholesaler by several attributes.
For Example: Filter after Manufacturer, Product Categories, Price, availability and so on. Much like the Auto-filter thing in excel.
Important: These filters must be combinable. (i.e. Product category 'A' AND price under $100)
2) The filtered/selected items then has to be added to a 2nd temporary table with all attributes from the initial table.
This is important cause if i get a new .dbf-file from my wholesaler (with new prices) it has to be simple to replace.
3) Sync: The items in this new table needs to be added to the oscommerce database.
4) A update function. If the amount of items on stock/availability, price or product description changes, there needs to be a simple function to update these information on the OScommerce site as well. Maybe some data-format changes needs to be done. Don't know that at the moment.
But all information is in the first dbf file i mentioned.
## Deliverables

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
