Ads script

Project is being reposted as last person chosen backed out after making me wait 13 days ("we don't work weekends"). I am seeking a classified ads script with a 2checkout payment interface. This should be a dual registration script. Let me explain further. Person A has to register to place an ad, and pays a $10 fee to run his ad. His ad should be in a password-protected area so the general public may not skim through. Once payment is made, it should return him to the website so he may place the ad. You will not have access to my 2checkout area, however, I can provide the HTML code needed to generate the sale and if you give me the URL, I can provide the passback code. Person B has to register to view and/or respond to ads, and there is no charge. Password and username should be generated randomly and to login, there must be a login box with a "captcha" feature. This is also known as turing. If you have design skills, it would be preferable as this script will replace an existing Freelancers' script -- the site is fully designed but will need basic changes of course. There is a SmartFAQ script already installed but I will redo all links inside as things are changing. You will need to create this script and upload it to your server so I can test all features. Once I'm satisfied it all works as I'd like, you will need to install it on my server or give me instructions on how to do so. Payment when job is completed to my satisfaction -- no escrow, no prepayment. However, I'm not interested in the "classifieds demo" that everyone keeps trying to push on me as it does not support 2checkout. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
