Affiliate Ad Block Creator

Project: Affiliate Ad Block Creator Overview: Programmer is to develop a server side application that works in a similar fashion to Google AdSense for Content and Adwords, but this program and site is designed to place affiliate ads onto websites for webmasters(Users). The project requires development of a monthly subscription site that webmasters/Users can log into and create affilate ads using their affiliate programs and then from them create ad blocks that they then cut and paste the ad block code onto thier websites to create and show ad blocks that look like Google Adsense blocks but that contain the affiliate ads of the webmaster. ===================================== Phase I of this project is to review the attached spec and make recommendations to us for improving or clarifying the project specification. We've attached the specification. Please bid to provide that service and review. We will post the spec as a project for bid after we complete this Phase 1 project spec review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
