Basic PHP management

Hi, I need the following done in PHP and Mysql, just baisc programming, no design required. User signs up, [username, password, address, email,phone,etc] Login. Once login is succesfull, he/she must be able to edit his profile. and upload files. For upload, the user must enter a title name, Abstract [4-6 lines of text in textbox], and select pdf's as uploads and should upload. you can either store the pdfs in one common folder or in mysql. And on the homepage, [after login is succesfull], it should show the files uploaded by that user in title, abstract and the filename with a link to that file. + edit link for the whole thing. So, for example, if the user uploads 2 files differently, after he logins, the system should show the 2 uploaded files with titles, abstract etc... Now, on the Admin panel, i should be able to search, sort all the users, uploaded files, etc.. So, for example, i should be able to search all the uploads taken place from yesterday and today. or search by titles, dates, etc.. you can use some AJAX from dhtmlgoodies for dynamic sort. Hope i am clear and let me know if you have any questions. this is NOT a complicated programming, so please bid accordingly.
