Build Article Directory from PHP scripts

I use PHP scripts to build article directories on websites. After I create a MySQL database + upload the script, I have: 1. an Article Directory page with list of articles with a Submit Article button 2. A Submit Article page, which is a form page to enter articles 3. A Moderate function that allows me to review and approve articles It works but there is a problem. Articles are stored in a database and displayed on the fly when someone clicks the name of an article. They do not permanently exist. When they are displayed, the url shows [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] etc. for the name of the article instead of a descriptive name with keywords. First, I need someone to: 1. add a script that, once an article is approved, would create a real permanent web page with the url being the title of the article with the words separated by hyphens. So if the article is listed in the directory as How To Grow Roses, the script should create a new page called [login to view URL] 2. add a script to create a new permanent directory page that looks like the current directory page that would only display approved articles AND would link to the new permanent web pages OR modify the current PHP script so the directory page links to the permanent article pages instead of the on the fly, numbered article pages it points to now. The old directory page can be left running for simplicity. It would no longer be the page the Articles link on the Index points to. Visitors would see a new one called [login to view URL] Note 1: The new article pages and new directory page, if required, should be built using the existing. Note 2: For security, any new script to builds pages should be easy to modify ftp username and password for the domain. Second, add a resource box input box added to the Submit Article form with a way to easily toggle the resource box off and on. Third, modify the template to remove the blue bar below the header.
