A database that monitors projects, issues cost estimates, tracks company financial situation, and other complementary functions. This database will be web-based and provide different levelsof information access to different kinds of users. Clients will be able to access and monitor ongoing projects, billing cycles, in calendar or event form. Employees will be able to sort calendars by client, project type, month etc. Database will monitor all financial influx and outflux monitoring current financial standing as well as factoring in forecasted future expenses in order to predict budget deficits etc. Database will include glossary management mapping terms in several languages to each other sorted by specialty. Database will catalogue, sort and retrieve files we have translated based on kind of documents and other sorting functions we determine. System will monitor FTP passwords for our clients and their access to files. System will allow translators to vizualize what they have translated per work cycle and details. System will allow stakeholders to vizualize the performance of the company through several graphs and diversified performance indicators. System will have a control panel that illustrates and links to key information on clients, project status, etc. I am fully available for further detailments or inquiries on the information listed above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Probably looking at SQL or similar but open for other suggestions depending on the proposal. Full hybrid MAC OS X and Windows compatibility.
