Change url's from numeric pages to titles

We have MySpace Resource site where we feature thousands of MySpace Layouts and Graphics. The current CMS runs on this script [login to view URL] and has all pages look like this: [login to view URL] Where it says 3426, I would like to have an area in the CMS where we can go in and change all existing pages to include whatever title we want in the actual url. For example the new url would look like this: [login to view URL] Obviously there are thousands of pages on the site, and we don't need a coder to change the url's for us. We simply need the functionality to do it ourselves in the admin section. Likewise in addition to changing the pages url, we would like to also be able to add the , meta description, meta keywords, and h1 tags. I envision a drop down box in the CMS where we can select the existing page we want to modify, then we can make the changes there. If possible we would like the script to automatically do a 301 redirect to the new page url from the old numeric url as well. We would also like the ability to easily "Add a page" to the website where we could choose the title and meta info similar to above. And then with a simple html editor for the pages content. We are looking to get this done ASAP. You can view a sample of the exsisting CMS and admin at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
