Chnaging online payment gateway from 2checkout.com to Paypal + designinng and creating a new Login PHP script (repost)

Hi Sandeep, A RAC coder developed 2Co interface for my online vouchers at website as well as at login script. I need 2checkout interface changed at above site URL as well as [login to view URL] file from 2CO to another Card Gateway + Paypal. PAYPAL card gateway integration should be fairly straight forward as existing system does everything I need but I just need it altered for new gateways.
