Convert Word doc to HTML Jan

Need to convert our Word newlsetter to an html document for publication on web. Need to optimize pictures for web. Format to be similar to <aref="[login to view URL]">[login to view URL]</A> because it will go in our newsletter section. The word doc is 4 pages. Web should also be multiple pages for fast loading. Picture optimization will be needed. You will have to capture the pictures from the word document. Resulting File to be called [login to view URL] (newsletterp2.htm...) pictures to be stored in images/jan04nl directory. Word Newsletter is attached to this RFQ in the zip file section. Web page does not have to be exact duplicate of the Word based Newsletter. Lettering does not have to overlap pictures, etc. Make it look nice. Need quickly because March Newsletter due out soon! I reserve the right to award the bid to the first bidder that I feel will do a great job!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
