Convert site from phpnuke to Drupal or Joomla

I curently have a site that is in phpnuke that I would like converted to Joomla, or possibly Drupal, something that is current and is not problem ridden like phpnuke. The photo gallery it currently uses is blorp, but I am open to using something different like php web gallery or anything else that would be easy for someone to work with (I am more than literate enough, but the administrator of it is not). I would like the site to have the basic look/functions/features that the current phpnuke site does. The things that are important are the Articles/stories (with archives and archive search), picture gallery, guestbook (with captcha), survey, and the ability to submit news items to the administrator to review and post later. All the current information is in mysql, so getting it would be no problem. Timeline to complete is not urgent - even 30 days or more if your schedule is busy is fine with me. I will send you the link to the current site when I get the inquiries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The current site is on a Linux box with Apache.
