Convert this .pl to .php

Hello, We are PHP programmers ourselves but just dont have the time to do this so we are outsourcing this. Basically, have a look at the .pl script and we want an EXACT copy of it in PHP. Nothing less, and nothing more, it has to have the exact same functions including buffering, timings etc. For an experienced PERL/PHP programmer this shouldnt take more than an hour at most but you can be the judge of that. -------------- Other than the above we require that you must be able to correct any errors or problems in the script for 45 days and your code must be documented (in the script via comments) as much as possible.
