Costume Wordpress Theme / Static Page Build As Well

Coders, I am updating my content site awesome chef recipes to include a blog as well as a script to pull blog posts on to a static php page. In order to do this I will need a custom wordpress theme to be created with graphics and all functionality of wordpress 1.5.2 (I think that is most recent). It is important to undertand I want to hire someone to help me set up with this new site structure and work with me through to complettion. It should not be too hard, I set up my last site with a coder in less one week. The theme should be light and not to graphically heavy....I also want a very clean design much like the theme located here: <[login to view URL]> I also want to blend in google adsense code into the header, this way adsense will appear automatically with each new post and be well formated into the design. I want to feature a table "like" set up into the header with two cells one for a 728x90 ad block, the other cell will contain four images spaced out between one another directly ablove the ad blocks. The ad block will blend into the site, this makes the header area look as if the four images are links for the site .... see an example at the site right now: <[login to view URL]> I would also like the images to change on every reload of the page, the theme should include about 35 to 45 images 150x100 .... The static pages should also look exactally the same but I should be able to edit them in dreamweaver or frontpage.
