Custom Joomla Template for real estate rentals site

Hello, I need a clean custom Joomla template for a real estate rentals site that is about to launch. The site url is: [login to view URL] Template must adhere to web standards and should include a basic logo. The desired color scheme is blue, white, and orange. Basic logo will read "Rent A Home Now" with the word "Now" in red with a roof on top of the word. Logo should not be too big. Template should have a similar feel to [login to view URL] without directly emulating it. For the required module positions see the attached image.
