Briefly: I have a directory with about 100 DOC files. A sample is included in enclosed zip. this is a list of adresses. The layout is as follows: Identity Address 1 Address 2 (optional) Zip and city Tel other (optional) other (optional) I need a routine in php to produce a mysql database with the following features: - will browse through the directory to work on all doc files - will produce a mysql database with the following structure: First Name Last Name Address 1 Address 2 (if any) Zip code City Tel The info needs some processing: The 1st line is always identity, which include one or several First Names, Last Names and possibly some other words such as SCM, docteur, Monsieur, Madame. The Zip Code is always 00000 format (5 digits) on the 3rd or 4th line, followed on the same line by the City, which makes it easy to retrieve. The line after the zip code and city should be or contain the phone number. the phone number is 00 00 00 00 00 format. first 2 digits should not be 06 (as this is a mobile). Any other info on the same line as the phone number should be erased. Other line(s) after the phone number, if any, should be erased. Identity processing: This includes erasing unnecessary words and retrieving First and Last Name(s). The last names will be retrieved using a last name list supplied in DOC that coder will maybe transform in mysql. Address processing: same asIdentity processing
