Database for Web site

I need a database for a Web site. The database will allow me to fill-in the fields of the database and have the database populate a template with text and images. The idea is that I will add people to the database and only have to add content to the database instead of manually with HTML. An example of this - it's not a good example but it's the only one I have - an example is chicagoactors.com. The Webmaster only adds information to the database, and the information is automatically into the template page. The database would have to integrate with the design of my Webmaster. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Modifications to program if it does not function as stated. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Program must run on the platform specified, which is a Cobalt RaQ4, running mySQL and PHP. ## Platform Cobalt RaQ4, with Apache, running mySQL and PHP.
