A Directory Indexer Script

I need a Directory Indexer Script, which can index all the files I uppload through my FTP. Right now I'm using AutoIndex [url removed, login to view] but the main problem is that it puts the hell of load on to my server and has crashed it too. So the script must not be a burden for my server. It should be fast has should have the similar features as in AutoIndex, with the following features as well: 1. We can set the download bandwidth limit. 2. We can set the daily dowloading limit. 3. Restricting an IP to download the specified no. of files in the specified period of time. For eg. 5 files per IP in an hour. We can change these settings. 4. The URL's it should create should be [url removed, login to view] 5. No one can see our original link of the file (this option is already in AutoIndex) We want to host the Music in the Real format, so if you can also add a real player so that rson can listen to the music file before downloading. And we can set the Start time and End time of the song file for the users. We will pay a bonus to you if you can do this.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
