I need someone who is willing to work with someone elses PHP code. (unless of course starting from scratch is more cost effective) The Project: 1) A wiki type website where users can search and/or upload information about their favorite celebrities. Visit [login to view URL] for a mock up version. 2) Users can search by category of celebrity ie.. Actors, Musicians, Sport Stars.. etc. 3) Users can search by name of celebrity. 4) Users can search by Venue for live performances 5) If search of celebrity is not found the user can add celebrity to the database after signing in or signing up with ID and PW. 6) Users can add data such as name, photos(multiple photos), place of appearance (radio, tv, internet,live venue, magazine article), time and date of appearance, memo field for other information and links. 7) After the information is added the search results for a particular artist would look something like this [login to view URL] plus a photos and links. 8) The front page of the website will have a 'most searched' name list, a section for new searches, log in or sign up, ad space, news feed from any of the free services. 9)I have attached a zip file with all the work of the previous programmer. I am not exactly sure how far he has gotten but some of the items seem to be operational. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform web based, PHP
