challenge: internet site

hi all

i am looking to build a **fairly complex** internet site.

the site is similiar to a "manpower" site: people looking for a job will be filling in their profiles and work preferences, the site manager will upload the employers details and preferences and the website must be able to link between them.

the workers profile must be able to include quit a fair amount of information (including the ability to upload files), and the site must be able to link employers and potential employees based on the different criteria. for example: an employer looking for employees who have an average university grade of X, are 28yrs and older and female..

obviously, the site manager must be able to controll all basic features of the site and must have the ability to add/change text on the site.

also, there will be use of credit cards on the site and therefore there must be adequate security measures.

**one last catch: the site is not in english - it is in hebrew! (please respond to this issue and directly state if coder knows the complications/differences in programming when dealing with right to left languages and if they are capable)**.

any coder that does the site must be willing to render their services (under pay of course) for a trial period once the site is up and running.

a few internet sites will be given to the selected coder as an example of what i am looking for.

**any examples of previous (and relevent) work will be of great help.

**anyone up for the challenge is welcome to bid....
