Custom POS database website project

Our company is a very small insurance firm that sells 3 different product types. We have less than 30 agents who sell for us. We created a site to help enter in sales to track the progress of the sales and most importantly have an online website that agents can go see their book of business and see the other top agents total sales volume. The way our process works, once an agent makes a sale our office staff enters in the sale to our custom site we had built. This site we need help with is a custom Point of sale site that our office staff enters in new sales for our agents and the sales are then coded to an agent. The sales are in a type an online data base that gives us totals of all business we can search by different parameters. We have three things we need help with. The first one is with our permissions. The way the site was designed was to have the agents only see their own sales. Currently they can see all clients so you could say right now those permissions are not working properly. The second problem is some of the calculations the total of sales is working when we split a sale between different agents is not calculating correctly for our reports. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT who ever bids on this job understands how to write code that sums dollar amounts correctly and is mathematically inclined. The last problem is that we asked to have our entire search options have an auto complete in our search options right now there is only a couple of them that got done that way. I have posted this to be fixed a couple times and the last two people I have awarded the project have not been able to do it or once it has been awarded have not communicated with us.
