Am looking for someone to code a card game named "tarbish"
I would like the game to be a fully fucntioning game on the net that will record stars of players.
tornaments to also be a option,

what I want, if you take a look on [login to view URL] at cribbage. i want basically that but "tarbish", to keep stats and records of your games etc ( the more stats and numbers that can be included the better , i love numbers makes playing so much better)
and a tornament option.
the game will be free to play and there will be a 2 player ( 1 on 1) and a 4 player ( 2 on 2 ) option.
I will be using the page for companies to advertise on in my local area.
I can do any images needed upon request.
I am good with flash,and still images.
I do not need the board options like yahoo has thoe ( social , begginer,[login to view URL])
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
