I am in the boat detailing business and I need a very professional and detailed company logo. My company name is Jimmy Buff-it Boat Detail and so my theme for my website and all my advertsing will be built around that theme. So I would like something possibly involving cheese burger in paradise maybe a beach, palm trees, water and a boat of course. I need someone who is creative and an come up with something very professional on thier own from scatch. I don't have any specicfic colors in mind, I just want it all to match of course. I need the logo in all picture formats too and in around a dozen sizes at the least. I actually would like a couple diffrent ones from so I expect the logo to be laid out in diffrent ways i.e. the text on bottom and picture on side then maybe the text in middle and two different pictures above and below. In other words I would like many diffent lay outs to choose from and I will pick the best one. And lastly I would like the final logo we decide on to be developed with some sort of flash for my website. I will not accept any bids without samples of logos done by the coder in the past.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
