I need a thin and complete flash/frames/css web site created with Paypal integration. I sell ebooks. I am looking for a flash based web design that will create say 100 sale objects that each represent an ebook for sale. I should be able to edit an object, give it a name, edit the content of it. A visitor should be able to see five objects on the screen at any given time. The visitor should be able to use right and left arrows to change the choices of objects on a screen, like browsing a jukebox. When a visitor finds an object he is interested in, he will click on it, and via frames, see more detail about that object and not see the other selections. At the bottom the visitor can decide to purchase an ebook via Paypal by selecting purchase, and using Paypal scripts, the paypal site inside a frame will
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Should be able to browse consistently regardless of resolution, and able to negotiate purchase via Paypal scripts and envoke download of ebook (PDF) consistently to multiple computers, including MAC, Windows 98, ME, W2K, XP using IE6 and Firefox.
