I need a Dot Net Nuke video module that we are able to customise. The client views their internal DDN site either directly or via a proxy server.
When using the proxy server, the URL to all files is different. The video module needs to contain Javascript or Actionscript (supplied in detailed spec) which can detect if the user is viewing the site via a proxy server and change the URL so that it works.
This can be an existing module or one you create from scratch.
## Deliverables
The flash video player needs to allow:
? The admin to set the site
? Either select the file or upload the flash video file
The player also needs to:
? Show the video paused at the beginning; clicking on the video to display.
? Have standard video controls below the video.
? Use the following actionscript code to convert the URL if the video is being watched via the proxy server:
o var curUrl:String = String( [login to view URL](" function(){ return [login to view URL]().substring(0,17);}"));
o var url = // VIDEO URL
o if(curUrl == "<[login to view URL]>"){
o //Video being played via proxy so we need to convert the URL to the proxy URL
o var lastSlash:int = [login to view URL]().lastIndexOf("/");
o url = "<[login to view URL]>" + [login to view URL]().substring(15,lastSlash)+ "/,DanaInfo=theview+" + [login to view URL]().substring(lastSlash+1, [login to view URL]().lastIndexOf("x")+1);
o }else{
o // URL is the same
o }
