Data storage and website integration project

Hello We have a social network for djs and producers set up @ www.groundzeroprojects.ning.com. The problem is that ning (who are the providers of this network) do not have the facilities to allow us to conduct this network the way we would like in terms of storage space for users and the charging of services. What we require is for somebody to create a storage space for music on one of our servers which would be set up in a way as to allow it to integrate seamlessy with our ning website so that our users would upload music to the storage server but access and play that music through the ning site. ## Deliverables We would like a facility to allow users of [login to view URL] to upload music to another server yet access, play and have that music rated through www.groundzeroprojects.ning.com. We will also be charging for storage space so that users can choose between free and premium accounts. There needs to be a large link on the main site that tells users that if they want to upload music they must get a pass. They will then click on this link which takes information from them for their pass (as in whther or not it is free or premium and if a premium pass then also their credit card info). After that they then upload music to the storage server which then gives them an imbed code and download link for their music on the ning website.
