Design ebay template

We are a small business and need a graphics/web designer to create an ebay template for us. For those of you who might not be aware of ebay(highly unlikely) please check this url <[login to view URL]> We need a very similar template. We sell car electronics hence the graphics on the template needs to be related to what we do. The level of design needs to be like the above url. You will design a logo and the template with lots of graphics. Essentially the template has about 5 sections. 1. The top area with company logo and some catchy graphics. 2. The left and right hand side columns to display various sections like Payment options, Delivery details, Returns, Terms and Conditions, Contact Us. 3. The middle column has the area for pictures and the description text. 4. The font and the colours choosen should match with the whole listing and in nutshell the listing need to be of exception level. We can provide text and some graphics but you should be able to blend those graphics in to create a powerfull self selleable listing for your products. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web/ Gaphic Design, Photoshop, Windows
