cool flash header

hello! I need the top of this page to be coded in flash. I'd like for the quill behind the logo to come down and write out the text 'start living the dream'...and then go back up and sit behind the logo. neat rollover effects on the links would be fantastic as well. The clouds don't have to be in the flash..as long as its transparent so the clouds can be seen through from the background. [login to view URL] that is a screenshot. [login to view URL] that is me beginning to work on it. As you can see, if you click on home, the second row of links changes. If you click login, it jumps to a login page..but, umm, well doesn't work. click on the 'login' text link in the middle of the page...this is how i want the login to show up.
