Cargo Collective Template Modification

Hi, I am looking for some help with my website which is in the [login to view URL] HEGEL framework. I have broke it down to 4 pages that will need design and some special customizations. I want to make sure the typography is like the [login to view URL] two typefaces i am using are georgia and nova cut (google font). Startup screen- Need help with implementing my design into css. The main image is a slideshow section where I would place 3 images. awesome- hopefully animated gifs (vimeo movie player) as well. Those would scroll through like a slideshow. You can do this in cargo but…. I would like to have a roll over box appear at the bottom of the image telling you the name and view project button. example startup screen- [login to view URL] About- Basically need help implementing my design into css. Still working on it but its basically this idea. 3 column grid with headers and text and lines. Project- Need help with implementing my design into css. Very simple. Movie on top. The only thing that is funky is the credits. I would like them to scroll down. I can do that in cargo and have figured it out already. But its a bit funky. Maybe a cleaner way to do it. I just need one page done. Then I can just reuse the code and put in the other projects. Work- Basically I will use the grid system of one of cargo templates. I can do this part. It's not hard. What I need customization help with is the top menu. When we are in work I would like for when the cursor clicks the tags. A line drops down with illustration, motion graphics, stop motion, blah blah.
