Hi everybody;
We want to build the first donation platform for Persian open-source developers.
In this way we need someone to program our website (platform).
We want to have features like WePay.com.
In other words, there is just a few financial options like generating and providing donation API, choosing Donate! bottom, give a javascript code, financial reports, send settle request and finally a place for sending support tickets.
I think it's clear that we need a powerful administration panel to manage all of the platform functions (Manage users, transactions, setting, etc.)
Some other tiny features like generation QR codes for each API, Sending message for phone number validation are needed.
Platform must be written with PHP and based on a platform (CakePHP, Yii, etc.)
Language of platform is Farsi (Persian) and all translations will be done by us.
No connection to gatway (Bank or paypal) needed because of differences in banking systems of Iran, we well do it ourselves. (we provide you connection code, just integrate it!)
No theme designing needed, UI will be designed by us.
All functions for connecting to bank and SMS getway are ready and written in PHP.
Testing platform (VPS) is ready.
Supplementary information will be provided after the basic negotiation.
