For 2003, we're need a complete redesign of the following website: [login to view URL] There are about 10-15 webpages to redesign; some are simply copies with different text, so the real number of webpages to make is less. For the design, we would like to have a very modern-looking website (avant-guard ideas accepted too!), colorful (no dull grey designs) but professional, and with an XP look if possible, for the icons and pictures. The design must look clean but not empty. As you can see, the current website has frames, but design without frames is acceptable and even encouraged. Feel free to do something totally different from what it is now, except that the content and categories have to be kept. You can use DHTML if you want to, but please do *not* use Flash. NOTE: I would very much appreciate if you could include a quick sketch of what you'll intend to do for the redesign, take a screenshot of it, and attach it to your bid - due to the number of bids I'll have, I *cannot* choose a coder if I don't see what he intends to do. I will also automatically delete "generic" bids. Thanks for your understanding! This isn't a very hard bid but requires talent. You can see by my ratings that I am a fair and good buyer, and understand sellers. Talking via Messenger (after bid has been accepted of course) is a plus as it allows to get work done faster.

1) Complete and fully-functional working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, including all pictures. 2) If required, original PSD graphic files or similar format. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
