Convert and customize magento website to be like wordpress theme

I have a magento website i need customized. The website is, [login to view URL], i need it customized, mostly just homepage, and blog, (it already has wordpress integrated) . I would like to make the homepage more blog style but keep it on magento. We will not need to show the Magento (store) we will have links just redirecting to somewhere else. 1. i just need blog post images to come on homepage 2. I need right side bar with all things same as wordpress theme. 3. I will need a couple things customized/ edited mainly just color, size, social icons, and outline style. 4. Needs to be fully responsive, cross browser compatible, fast loading, W3C compliant, retina ready, 5. Upload are logo, edit links and navigation, test newsletter.
