calender booking system with cancellations, number of people in group

Needs to have a calender so that users can book in times / cancel bookings please give a break down of the invidual costs also ; user click book now calender comes up for the week. can choose to go 4 weeks ahead (1 month) (admin can change to less or more - 1 year) class is red if booked out, green if available. if green then click user must be logged in to book a class if books a class then number available in class -1, until 0 user can book in many classes if red, a user can click and they go on a waiting list. they will get an email if they get told that there is a space available... its first come first served how often to wait until user might get to go into a class, 1 day, 1 week? 1 hour? user cannot see other users, ONLY how many spaces available... OR if a space is available??? (quet for clients) note: start up training session, every day for 2 weeks 7-8am. off third week so this means that it needs to repeat itselfm every day for 2 weeks, then a break for 1 week. choice of every day, or every week? choice of length of time to run for, for ever, for 1 week for 2 weeks? choice of break, 1 week, 1 day, 3 weeks... click cancel my booking: user can canel booking 6 hours before class. if they cancel less than 24hours before, then owners need to know to charge them for the class.. email the owners of who cancelled less than 24 hours before class. number available +1 admin can view any users registered need to set class, when its repeated, how long it is on for weekly Timetable e.g. can create new class called "class 1" class has a time 7am-8am repeated... every week once created, admin can see users and emails (and mobile phones) in that class ;; CONTENT MANAGEMENT news for only admin to type up, to be seen on home page. blog so that everyone can write... or this can just go on facebook.
