A plugin or feature allowing users to register as merchants and create own ads for their business(es) and have the ads post automatically on my website

Hi, I will be re-creating a website from scratch and I will need a plugin or a similar feature allowing a registration/sign-in feature for 2 types of users. 1 being merchants, 2nd being normal users who are after deals. Merchants will sign-in and have the ability to create an ad to promote their business via an entry form ( In creating the ad they will have a choice of selecting ad type, filling in ad description, prices, discounts, ad category, start-date, end-date, own-image, locations, and anything else related to the ad). They will then preview the ad before publishing it, and when it's published I would like the ad to show on the home page where ad blocks will sit beside each other, and it would also be nice to have these ads be retrieved and displayed by category. The normal users would simply sign-up to receive deals alert and if the ads could be shared via social media it would be awesome Let me know if you this would be possible via a wordpress plugin or a different feature.
