Add categories and archives pages to existing WP theme

Existing website soon to be launched requires an ARCHIVE and CATEGORIES (topics) page. SEE DESCRIPTIONS OF REQUIRED TASKS BELOW. 1. ARCHIVE The theme in use doesn't have this, despite showing an ARCHIVE example in the theme: http://themes.the-webworker.com/reslig_premium_theme/index-page_id=[login to view URL] The ARCHIVE needs to look as shown in the link above, with the ability for years to appear first, then when clicked through you get the page as it is shown in the above link. Obviously this will not happen until the website is active for over 1 year, but this functionality must be implemented. 2. CATEGORIES/TOPICS This page needs to follow a similar style to the rest of the theme and should be displayed in three columns, something similar to this: [login to view URL] If it looks nice and is appropriate, I would like a tags cloud on the bottom of this page. 3. BLOG This posts page needs to have functionality implemented to limit the number of displayed posts to 20 (with the option of being able to edit this myself). Then I need 'previous' and 'next' with arrows added to the bottom of this page for further navigation to the user. So in the style seen on the bottom of this page: http://themes.the-webworker.com/reslig_premium_theme/index-p=[login to view URL] I also require functionality for setting a 'static' post in the blog page and explanation on how to set the number of words shown in the blog main page per post, or how to only show an image or just a media file (eg audio player) depending on the post. Have tried resizing to the desired width but it doesn't help and I only get placeholders: [login to view URL] It should be displaying like in theme example page, being able to have different lengths for the pictures: [login to view URL] 5. Removing the 'sharing' icons on the bottom of the blog posts and journey posts (the icons that track how many likes, shares, etc) that are shown under the 'posted in' text under each post. This happens on the blog posts and on the journey posts.
