Add new functionality to the plugin.

We used the Gallery Bank developer version and need to extend it with extra functionality: 1. Adding the rating/voting for the photo. We want to allow for everyone (with or without login) to be able to vote for the best photo. This means that every one can vote but only once for each photo and not 20 times for the same photo. So we need some check (photo's ID + cookie + IP + email address) here because we want to be fair with the voting. 2. Add 2 extra fields to show the supplier or where the material has come from. These fields are drop-down boxes and need to be saved/loaded with the photo (data for the drop-down box’s content will be provided later on). What need to be added are: In the admin setting ================ 1. Option to enable/disabled voting function. 2. Option to SHOW or HIDE the extra fields in function 2 above. 3. Always Show the fields above for every photo in the admin. 4. Possibility to manage the voting amount of each photo and all settings related to rating/voting functionality (e.g. voting time= start-end date, etc...). 5. Enable/disable album to be voting. If the album is set to "Enable", all photo's within the album are available for voting. In the front-end: ============= 1. When visitor view the album with photo’s (existing function) and voting is enabled, Show the voting on the bottom of the photo and allow everyone to vote (don’t forget to check and not allow more than once. Show a warning message when someone try to vote more than once on the same photo.) 2. When logged in user has uploaded photo’s (existing function), If the setting of the supplier fields is set to “HIDE”, then hide these 2 extra fields on the front-end page. Otherwise, shows them.
