Build a Website

Hi! I need to build a paid-subscription Wordpress site. It is not a blog, but an educational tool. Some of the features I'm looking for are: * Very 'social' - sharing of links, lots of options for commentary and feedback amongst members, 'pay by liking', avatars etc. The audience is Gen-Y, so this element needs to be smooth and I expect recommendations amongst friends will be the major way to get new customers * Flexible charging models. I plan to start off with an annual subscription model with different levels of subscription providing access to different parts of the site. But I may need to change my model as I see how the target customers respond, so I'm looking for flexibility. * LateX compatibility - you don't need to do any LateX - just make sure the site is compatible with it (I'm currently testing the Latex2HTML plugin) * Large hierarchy of content - this is not a blog and I have a lot of content that needs to be structured and then presented in easy-to-navigate menus, good advanced searching and the ability for the system to recommend similar content. I expect there'll be a number of custom post types and custom taxonomies to get this all working. * Skype-based or similar "help-me-now" function allowing subscribers to request live assistance. * Site that is responsive to different devices, e.g. phone, phablet, tablet, laptop and desktop Because I'll need to maintain the site, I'm looking for someone to build the site and train me at the same time. It's not as awful as it sounds :).. I have studied programming previously and have successfully built and run a zen-cart site previously. But for this venture I need to spend my time getting the content built, rather than spending all of my time getting to grips with the enabling tool. I'm based in Sydney which is GMT+10. We'd need a reasonable amount of overlap in our timezones so that we could organise a regular slot for us to catch up.
