Create a Bitcoin Transfer Tracker

Hi I am about to launch an IPO and I need a developer to create an automated Bitcoin tracker to track all transfers coming into my Bitcoin address and generate an Investor ID and Key to be displayed to the user after 1 confirmation of the transfer on the blockchain. You will need to create an automated Bitcoin tracker which will read the following values from an input form. Paying Bitcoin Address: Amount of Bitcoin to be paid: The Bitcoin tracker must then check for the transfer on a site such as [login to view URL] (which has an API) which will allow the tracker to check whether the paying paying Bitcoin address has actually paid the amount of BTC he has input. After 1 confirmation on the blockchain the Bitcoin tracker must generate the following outputs : Investor ID - This must be a random combination of six numbers. Key - This must be a random combination of 10 letters and numbers. For example I fill out the form like so : Paying Bitcoin Address: 167R7p64AiousyBJewhEcE4kCLDpUAGM7V Amount of Bitcoin to be paid: 10 BTC The tracker must search through incoming transactions into my Bitcoin address and check whether the transaction amount from the paying Bitcoin address is equal to the input amount (which in this case is 10 BTC). There transaction must have 1 confirmation. If it is true a pop-up, must be shown showing my Investor ID and my Key : e.g Investor ID : 839433 Key : AJ7594HFN2 If the transaction amount is slightly more/less by a maximum of 10% then the pop-up must still be shown.
