Create Silver Coin Calculator

I would like to create a silver coin calculator similar to the one found here:

FEATURES
- columns of Years, Silver Coin, % Silver, Face Value, # of coins (input)
- user inputs the amount of coins they have of different years/type
- "What are my coins worth?" and "Clear" buttons
- live silver price displayed on page, as well as sidebar throughout site
Dynamic output will display:
- total number of Troy ounces
- total number of grams
- the total value of all coins using a live silver price in USD
troy ounce per coin will be given in excel spreadsheet for calculations (attached)

I would like a clean looking speadsheet like the one above with rounded boxes to define it.
Button can be green color to stand out.
